Responsibilities:
• Lead the creative development and visual improvement of casino products (UI/UX);
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align visual strategies with business and branding goals;
• Supervise the content, ensuring high-quality of visuals and timely updates;
• Develop visual concepts and oversee their implementation across web projects;
• Provide direction on content presentation, ensuring it is visually appealing and engaging for users;
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and implement best practices in web design and user experience;
• Review and approve design drafts, ensuring consistency with the brand and project requirements;
• Analyse user behaviour and feedback to make data-driven improvements to visual content and design elements.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Creative Manager or similar role in web or digital products;
• Strong understanding of design principles, UI/UX, and web development basics (HTML/CSS);
• Knowledge of marketing principles and the role of design in driving user engagement;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration;
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, solving design and content challenges effectively;
• Portfolio showcasing previous work and successful project outcomes.

Pienākumi:
- Vadīt kazino produktu radošo attīstību un vizuālo uzlabošanu (UI/UX);
- Sadarboties ar mārketinga komandām, lai vizuālās stratēģijas būtu saskaņā ar biznesa un zīmola mērķiem;
- Uzraudzīt saturu, nodrošinot, lai vizuālais materiāls ir kvalitatīvs un savlaicīgi atjaunots;
- Izstrādāt vizuālās koncepcijas un pārraudzīt to ieviešanu web projektos;
- Sniegt virzību par satura prezentāciju, nodrošinot, ka tas lietotājiem ir vizuāli pievilcīgs un saistošs;
- Sekot līdzi jaunākajām dizaina tendencēm un īstenot labāko praksi web dizainā un lietotāju pieredzē;
- Izskatīt un apstiprināt dizaina projektus, nodrošinot atbilstību zīmola un projekta prasībām;
- Analizēt lietotāju paradumus un atgriezenisko saiti, lai veiktu uz datiem balstītus uzlabojumus vizuālajam saturam un dizaina elementiem.
Prasības:
- Pierādīta pieredze kā radošajam vadītājam vai līdzīga lomā saistībā ar web vai digitālajiem produktiem;
- Spēcīga izpratne par dizaina principiem, UI/UX un web izstrādes pamatiem (HTML/CSS);
- Zināšanas par mārketinga principiem un dizaina lomu lietotāju iesaistes veicināšanā;
- Teicamas komunikācijas un līderības prasmes, orientējoties uz sadarbību;
- Spēja domāt stratēģiski un radoši, efektīvi risinot dizaina un satura izaicinājumus;
- Portfolio, kas parāda iepriekšējo darbu un veiksmīgu projektu rezultātus.
