KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (B2B)

A rapidly growing IT company developing and providing data visualization solutions for different business intelligence (BI) systems, as part of companys growth strategy, expanding the team and global operations, are looking for a B2B Key Account Manager with team lead experience to join their team in Riga.
 
WHAT THE ROLE IS ABOUT:

  • Driving Revenue Growth: Proactively engage with a dedicated portfolio of B2B subscription-based customers through various communication channels to ensure exceptional service delivery and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients like Apple, Microsoft, DHL and NASA, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their evolving business needs.
  • Sales Enhancement: Handle quote requests, promote additional service s, and ensure timely renewals, maximizing revenue streams from existing clients.
  • Optimizing Customer Experience: Provide seamless onboarding and training for new clients, ensuring they receive unparalleled support from day one.
  • Strategic Insights: Understand customer use-cases to obtain valuable references and insights, contributing to product and service enhancements.
