What will you do

Create and optimize video ads with proven hook-retention-CTA structures that maximize watch time and conversion rates
Develop data-driven video concepts for multi-platform campaigns, adapting aspect ratios and messaging for each platform while focused on conversions across worldwide markets (yes, even Nigeria and Slovakia)
Analyze trending video styles, transitions, and editing techniques currently performing well in our industry
Most probably you won't win advertising contests, but instead will be saving lives (humble, right?) by crafting attention-grabbing video content that reaches the people who need it most
Collaborate closely with the Art Director and marketing team, including brainstorming sessions
Working with numerous locales around the world means a need to localise created content as well

Applicant requirements

3+ years of experience creating high-performing digital video ads
Proficiency in video production software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or other similar to Adobe CC
Expertise in both visual storytelling and understanding how sound design impacts viewer engagement
Strong understanding of platform-specific video requirements (duration, aspect ratios, compression)
Ability to work & make decisions independently, while maintaining transparent and open communication
Will be considered as a Bonus: Experience with motion graphics and basic audio editing skills

Salary

Depending on your experience, qualifications and performance 2200 EUR - 3000 EUR GROSS
