Junior Account Manager

Our client, Global Blue, is a worldwide leader in tax-free shopping solutions, helping travelers claim VAT refunds on purchases in more than 50 countries. They are proud to offer innovative digital solutions that enhance the shopping experience for tourists and boost results for their retail partners.
The team operating in Latvia is looking for a confident and customer-oriented Account Manager to support and build strong relationships with their retail partners - no cold sales, just continuing to build meaningful client relationships.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Visit stores to check in with retail partners and help them with the tax-free shopping system
- Help train merchants on how to use the company's digital tools
- Track basic stats like refund activity - we'll show you how
- Keep notes in CRM and make sure client information is up to date
- Support new initiatives like promotions or store materials (sometimes helping update logos or signage)
- Collaborate with your teammates - we support each other
- Occasionally help with incoming emails or calls
Who You Are (Must-Haves):
- You've worked with customers - in a store, call center, or sales team - either way, you have a proactive and customer-oriented mindset
- You like helping people and solving small problems
- You're organized, comfortable juggling several tasks at once, and not afraid of an Excel spreadsheet (bonus points for not being scared to learn new CRM and BI tools)
- You speak Latvian and English
- You have a driver's license and are happy visiting stores (a company car is provided)
Nice to Have:
- Russian language skills
- Degree or ongoing studies in business, marketing, or related fields
