Design, develop and maintain enterprise grade dashboards, reports and semantic data models in PowerBI, turning AWS hosted data into clear, trusted financial and operational insights that guide decision making across Stockmann.

* Deliver reporting Suite - Deliver P&L, balance sheet and cash flow dashboards, replacing Excel workbook processes.

* Legacy Migration - Re platform Qlik, Sense, Cognos, Superset reports to PowerBI.

* User Enablement - Train and share best practices for citizen developers (such as finance controllers and analysts) for PowerBI and Stockmann development practices.

* PowerBI Solution Delivery and maintenance - Build performant datasets, dataflows, DAX measures and visually engaging reports aligned to UX and accessibility best practices.

* Data Integration & Modelling - Connect to AmazonRedshift, incremental refresh and RLS/OLS security.

* Quality & Governance - Apply data quality checks, naming conventions and documentation to ensure audit ready, SOX compliant financial reporting.

* Performance Optimization - Monitor usage, refresh times and query plans; apply composite models, aggregations and indexing to meet agreed SLAs.

* 5+years in BI/reporting roles; 3+years hands on with PowerBI at enterprise scale (>100GBdatasets, >500concurrent users).

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or related field.

* Proven delivery of financial reporting solutions and KPI dashboards for accounting.

* Demonstrated expertise optimizing DAX, gateway performance and dataset refresh schedules.

* Experience integrating cloud data warehouses (Redshift, or similar) with PowerBI.
