Paybis.com is on the edge of the crypto-fintech industry, competing in a fast growing market. As one of our key components, our developer team is taking care and developing our platform to enable thousands of customers to easily acquire cryptocurrencies on a monthly basis.

We are looking for a Senior Full-stack engineer with expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, Vue.js and PHP (Yii2/Symfony), with extensive experience in commercial projects, great software development skills, quick and sharp mind, ability to think outside the box and at same time willing to bring own experience to the team helping the overall IT department in the company to become more and more efficient.. Your primary focus will be architecting, developing, and optimizing scalable user-facing applications and reusable components. You will lead technical decision-making, enforce best practices, and mentor mid-level and junior developers, helping them grow and improve their skills. Your commitment to team leadership, continuous learning, and innovation is essential for this role.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Vue.js expertise
Strong Symfony expertise and knowledge of Yii2 as an advantage
Architectural knowledge
Developing public & private APIs
Good grasp of OOP and knowladge of DDD as an advantage
Design patterns and development principles
Hands-on experience with micro-service and micro-frontend architecture
Knowledge or experience with Golang would be a plus.

KEY COMPETENCES

Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and the Vue.js ecosystem (Vue 2/3, Vuex/Pinia, Vue Router, Options/Compositions API).
Advanced knowledge of object-oriented programming, Symfony and Yii2 frameworks and API development
Ability to guide architectural decisions and improve development workflows.
Ability to enforce code quality standards and conduct effective code reviews.
Deep understanding of testing strategies, including unit, component, integration and e2e testing.
Experience mentoring junior/mid-level developers and leading technical discussions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Architect and design scalable solutions, ensuring maintainability and performance.
Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, reliable and high-quality PHP code
Define and enforce best practices for code quality, security and performance optimization.
Perform code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and fostering team growth.
Drive automation, CI integration and scalable development processes.
Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
