We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst with strong math skills and a solid understanding of financial statements and accounting data. This role involves working extensively with spreadsheets and data to analyze performance, uncover insights, and present clear, actionable findings to support business decisions.
What will you do?
- Own KPI tracking and reporting, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent financial and operational metrics
- Help building and maintaining budgets, budget controls, forecasts, and profitability analysis
- Track and analyze product, client, orders, and business line profitability
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Looker
- Participate in annual audit process, prepare calculations for annual reporting purposes
- Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities in financial and operational data
- Present clear, actionable insights with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
What skills and background you need?
- 2+ years of experience in a Finance Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Higher education in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting data
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial models, formulas, and data analysis
- Experience working with KPIs and performance reporting
- Experience with Looker is a strong advantage
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive working style
- Fluent in Latvian and English

Compensation
- Base Salary: EUR 2,500-2,800
- Supliful stock options are given to all our employees from the first day of joining Supliful.

- Paid cellular plan with LMT
