Job description

The employee is responsible for the front offices processes related all the requests received by Customers/Channel Partners and Sales Team regarding all products in the portfolio (Toll, VAT, Excise), closely liaises with the providers in booking, credit department and local offices.

  • Responding to customers inquiries and providing solutions effectively
  • Track orders and compliance from customers withing agreed period
  • Complaints management with clients and the Back Office
  • Ensure good relationships & contribution with and Back Office team and other departments in the company, including VAT, tolling, booking, billings, sales, credit and providers
  • Support pre-billing process and sales when needed
  • Entry data related to front office tasks
  • Handle incoming customer requests and claims
  • Gather all relevant customer data and documents
  • Request, explain customer invoices needed for refund activities 
  • Handle / follow-up on claims status with the client
