We are looking for a Senior PHP Developer who can take ownership of complex backend systems, make confident technical decisions, and deliver reliable, scalable solutions. You will join one of our product engineering teams responsible for the company's largest and most central CRM system, supporting mission-critical business operations and complex workflows. Your work will directly impact internal users, business efficiency, and the evolution of our online reservation and CRM platform.
As part of the team’s innovation initiatives, you will also contribute to AI-driven solutions and enhancements, helping integrate modern AI capabilities into backend services, business workflows, and internal tools.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with strategic stakeholders to bring product vision and business requirements to life.
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable PHP code while supporting and improving existing systems.
- Collaborate with the team to develop, deliver, and launch new features.
- Develop software according to functionality, quality, and performance requirements while following established design and coding standards.
- Take ownership of technical design decisions, solution architecture, and implementation approaches.
- Monitor, debug, and support released applications and services.
- Work closely with team members to solve day-to-day technical challenges through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Follow development best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement of development processes.
- Contribute to AI-related initiatives and integration of modern AI capabilities into products and workflows.
- Identify and suggest improvements for system performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with PHP and modern frameworks such as Symfony and/or Laravel.
- Good understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.
- Experience working with SQL databases and caching technologies such as Memcached or Redis.
- Solid background in web application development.
- Understanding of server-side architecture and Linux environments.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- We believe great ideas happen together, so you’ll join us in a hybrid setup: 3 days in our lovely office and 2 days working remotely.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with:
- CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
- MariaDB and/or Elasticsearch.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- Large-scale or high-load backend systems.
