We expect you to have:

· University degree with an IT focus or comparable qualification in

Computer Science / Business Informatics

· Excellent knowledge and experience in developing Salesforce solutions

· Extensive knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, Flow,

Lightning Web Components, Apex and UI/UX design

· Strong technical understanding and hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs,

including integrating Salesforce with external systems and services

· Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD practices for Salesforce development,

deployments, and release management

· Experience in test automation and documentation

· Good technical understanding and interest in architecture and security topics

· A strong sense of responsibility, a high level of initiative

The ability to work independently

· Fluent spoken and written English.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

· Work on the further development and operation of Sales, Customer Service & Pricing Tools

· Analyze, develop and test solutions, and optimize existing and new processes

· Conceptualize and implement individual Salesforce solutions in Sales and Service Cloud,

as well as support integration with external systems

· Consult the Product Owner and support the identification and definition of requirements

· Bring new technologies, process improvements and solution approaches into your team

· Document your work results and systems in ticketing and knowledge platforms

(e.g. Jira/Confluence) and ensure product transparency and quality.
