About the role
Audit is still mostly manual. DocMaster.ai is changing that – we build AI for audit firms that manages audit evidence and financial statements. Our team of certified auditors and engineers works from Riga's quiet centre, and our product is already used by audit firms.
We're looking for a Marketing Specialist & Assistant to own how DocMaster shows up in the world – LinkedIn, video, webinars, website and email. You'll work directly with the founder, turn expert knowledge into content people actually want to watch, and use AI to do the work of a small team. Part of the role is light personal assistance to the founder.
Content and visuals
- Build and run the marketing strategy, plan and content calendar
- LinkedIn content, blogs and articles
- Video – shooting, editing, subtitles and short-form (or organising the process)
- Visuals (Canva / Adobe), sales materials, presentations and pitch materials
Digital channels, campaigns and analytics
- Website content and landing pages
- SEO and AEO (optimisation for AI search) and keyword research
- Coordinate paid social / LinkedIn Ads and analyse campaign results
- Newsletters and email campaigns to clients and leads
Webinars, events and assistance
- Organise and promote webinars
- Join client calls
- Light personal assistant tasks
- Use AI tools to automate work across all three areas
What we're looking for
- Content and social media – experience creating content and running social media marketing
- Video – ability to edit or manage outsource supplier
- AI-fluent – you use ChatGPT, Claude and image/video AI tools every day and love automating routine work
- Visuals – simple designs in Canva or Adobe involving AI
- Excellent English, written and spoken – our product, sales, webinars and client communication are in English
- Based in Riga and able to work on-site in our office; right to work in the EU
- Creative, self-driven and able to run several projects at once

- SEO and email marketing experience
