Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in account management, client services, or relationship management, preferably in fintech or B2B.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Commercial mindset and motivation to develop existing client relationships.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High emotional intelligence, ownership, and a client-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback.
- Monitor and analyse client performance to identify opportunities for growth and upselling.
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues in collaboration with internal departments.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve client satisfaction and maximize revenue from assigned accounts.
- Represent USPEX at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
