Junior Full-Stack Developer
Security Track
About the Role
Our IT Security department covers the full spectrum of cybersecurity — DevSecOps, Red Teaming, Pentesting, Compliance, Incident Response, LAN/network safety, EDR, and more. We're looking for a junior full-stack developer with a security mindset to take ownership of the many hands-on
requests, fixes, and implementation tasks that come through the department.
We're happy to hear from two kinds of people. Maybe you already have a security background — through education, certifications, or hands-on practice — and you're looking to apply it somewhere broader than a single niche. Or maybe you've simply built a project of your own from start to finish, and you already know the loop: buying the domain, setting up the server, writing the first draft of code, rewriting it a few times into something more modular, testing it, polishing the rough edges, and making sure it actually holds up for real users - not just on your own machine. Either path gets you most of the way there - we'll help fill in whichever half is missing.
What You'll Do
- Handle day-to-day security-related development and configuration requests across the company • Work across the full web stack: front-end, back-end, and server configuration
- Build and maintain AI agents with security responsibilities
- Support security of internal infrastructure — corporate devices, internal servers, and network layers beyond just the web (think full OSI stack, not only HTTP)
- Implement fixes and improvements identified through monitoring, incident response, or audits
- Continuously learn new tools and technologies as the threat landscape and our stack evolve
- Act as a force-multiplier for the security engineer — freeing them to focus on deeper security

What We're Looking For
Technical
- •Full-stack web development experience (front-end + back-end) - no strong preference on specific languages/frameworks. But we work with JS, PHP and Python most of the time.
- Basic understanding of server configuration and networking
- A “security sense” — you notice when something looks insecure, even if you don't yet know the formal fix
- Comfort working across different layers of the stack (application, network, infrastructure), not just one specialty
- Prior work experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory
Soft Skills
- Trustworthy - comfortable handling sensitive access or confidential information
- Fast learner — comfortable picking up new tools and domains quickly
- Attentive to detail — security work punishes carelessness
- Enthusiastic — genuine interest in tech, ideally visible through personal/pet projects
- Good communicator — able to work with a senior engineer and other teams without friction
