Position overview:
Join allnex as a Data Management Process & Systems Specialist, supporting our global Data Management team in ensuring high-quality, consistent, and reliable master data across all ERP systems. You will coordinate master data setup with cross-functional teams, support users with data-related issues, contribute to data governance initiatives, and play a key role in system improvements, testing, and data cleansing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain master data in ERP systems in accordance with established governance processes;
- Ensure data stewardship – work with different teams across the organization globally to coordinate the complete set up of master data;
- Support ERP users with data issues, queries, documentation updates, and process questions;
- Take responsibility for data integrity and consistency, participate in data cleansing activities;
- Contribute to process improvements and global projects affecting master data.
Required skills and experience:
- Experience in an ERP-supported business environment, preferably with responsibility for master data activities;
- Solid understanding of business processes and their relationship to master data domains;
- Good understanding of IT systems, databases, data structures, and data governance concepts;
- Experience with process improvement initiatives, data cleansing activities, or system implementation projects is preferred;
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Power Query is an advantage;
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global, multicultural teams;
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken, is required to communicate within an international organization;
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
