We're growing our support team with a dedicated focus on our US customer base. If your spoken English is excellent — clear, natural, and confident on the phone — you learn quickly, are interested in technology, adapt easily to a dynamic environment, and aren't afraid of working hard, then it is you we are looking for to join our friendly and professional team of crypto enthusiasts.
You will be responsible for outstanding customer support by phone, providing fast, friendly, and professional service to customers across the United States. Duties will include outbound and inbound calls, communication with customers via e-mail and online chat, reporting of technical issues to the IT team, and other assigned tasks.
What you'll do
- Making and receiving calls with US-based customers, delivering a professional and reassuring phone experience
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, online chat, or e-mail
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time limits; following up to ensure resolution
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer all questions confidently over the phone
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes
- Assisting and contacting partners regarding different inquiries, collaborating with other Paybis departments to clarify or resolve possible tech issues
What you bring
- Excellent spoken English — clear pronunciation, natural phone manner, and the confidence to handle live conversations with US customers
- Excellent written English as well
- Prior experience on outbound/inbound calls or a phone-based customer service role is a strong advantage
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Stress resistance and ability to stay calm when customers are upset
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- Typing speed at least 40 words per minute
- Interest in the cryptocurrency industry and willingness to learn more about it
- Ability to work shifts aligned with US time zones (including evenings/nights and weekends)
