Customer Support Specialist
We are looking for Customer Support Specialists for our client to join their team in Riga. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and communicating with customers, this could be the right opportunity for you!
What will you do?
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and E-mails, provide clear, helpful answers.
- Assist customers with questions, requests, and everyday issues.
- Resolve problems and handle complaints in a polite and professional manner.
- Escalate complex cases and follow up on outstanding requests when necessary.
- Work with colleagues to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
What are we looking for?
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Patience, empathy, and a professional approach to challenging situations.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and basic math skills.
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn and develop.
Bonus points:
- Conversational Spanish, Polish, Bulgarian, or Portuguese.
- Previous experience in customer support or customer service.
