JOIN OUR TEAM:
Communicate effectively with and provide telephone support to your assigned group of drivers on the following topics:
- Freight transportation requirements in EU countries;
- Drivers’ working hours and rest time regulations;
- Cargo transportation safety requirements;
- Modern technologies in trucks (theoretical knowledge);
- Other day-to-day support in resolving issues encountered on the road;
Monitor and evaluate eco-driving practices and compliance with driving and rest time regulations.
Collaborate with other company departments.
WE EXPECT YOU TO:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in road transport or driver training;
- Communicate fluently in English and Russian;
- Have good computer skills;
- Feel comfortable working in a dynamic environment and handle stressful situations professionally;
- Have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and an approachable manner;
- Understand that creating value at work requires mutual trust, respect, and the ability to take responsibility.
