ROLLOUT MANAGER

Centuria Ltd. is a newly created company, that aims to build and effectively manage radio access networks in Latvia and Lithuania.

We are looking for a Specialist who will build new and maintain existing base station sites.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for implementing new planned coverage and capacity base station sites on time and on budget in Latvia and Lithuania
• Selection and management of contractors for rollout activities
• Maintain the information databases of equipment on existing base station sites
• Plan and implement required structural changes in the existing base station sites
• Plan and organize implementation of required additional active and passive equipment on existing base station sites
• Manage relationships with landlords of existing base station sites including lease agreement prolongation and re-negotiation

Requirements:

• Completed higher Technical education
• Relevant experience working with construction and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure or similar industries
• Experience and ability to manage large scale projects with aggressive deadlines
• Good project management skills
• Experience in managing large number of subcontractors
• Precision, high sense of responsibility
