Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any IT / ICT related discipline
• 8 years of IT experience developing strategic plans, business requirement gathering/analysis, and system design and development
• Experience managing the delivery of both Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies
• Ability to lead technical evaluations and conduct R&D in emerging technologies
• Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesign
• Experience working with design, implementation, and support of knowledge management solutions and related technologies for collaborative information sharing
• Experience with large Full Life Cycle (FLC) project implementations
• Experience within a delivery program management lead role
• Experience with client facing consulting engagements
• Extensive experience within management consulting or consulting services
• Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business and technical issues
• Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the design, development, and deployment of the implementation of SAP Hybris to support client business initiatives. This includes architecting, designing and building the Hybris solution as well as the customization, extension, and implementation of software products which integrate with it.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in developing business solutions.
• Possesses technical ownership of multiple applications and will work closely with the functional resources to ensure that the applications are fulfilling client requirements.
• Offers proposed design changes/suggestions to processes and applications
• Responsible for translating the functional specifications into an application architecture that is conducive to IT's technical processes and standards.
• Provide subject matter expertise, design expertise, and engagement management for data and analytics solutions, especially for the SAP platforms
• Deep knowledge of the overall SAP Hybris roadmap and experience with assisting clients to understand the myriad of options available to them. This should include preparing the business case to define an appropriate roadmap for their business
