Job description

We are the biggest recruitment consultancy in the Baltics with 65 of us helping best employers to get even better. We are not that big in Latvia yet and we need your help to grow. Our current presence in Riga is 7 amazing colleagues and 18 amazing clients with an ambition to triple both numbers next year.

Initially Recruitment Lead would report to Country Manager and would oversee timely and efficient service delivery to assigned portfolio of clients. There would be no people management responsibilities to begin with. However, should you wish and have the leadership competencies to help others grow – you are most welcomed to do that as well. Even though sales is no a key element of the role, as part of the management team, eventually, you will have to pick up the phone and attract new best employers to work with :)


- Managing a portfolio of Clients towards agreed revenue, profit, and growth targets
- Acting as the 1st point of contact for all relations with the assigned Clients
- Assigning Recruitment Consultants to Clients’ Jobs
- Conducting pre-brief and post-brief discussions with Recruitment Consultants
- Supporting Recruitment Consultants during briefs and calibration sessions with the Clients
- Continuously identifying, preventing, and fixing service delivery issues by maintaining an excellent business and personal relationship with stakeholders on the Client side
- Discussing speed and quality issues with Recruitment Consultants and Clients and coming up with action plans to amend it
- Providing Country Manager with input regarding well-being and performance of Recruitment Consultants
- Contributing to strategic Client portfolio, budget, and resource planning


- Solid experience in recruitment
- Strong track record in client management, networking and relationship building
- Diplomacy and ability to navigate complex discussions with the Clients
- Ability to give and receive feedback
- Solution-orientation rather than problem-orientation
- Ability to manage according to KPIs and the emotional intelligence to not do that if people need different support
- Good Latvian and English
