Qualifications:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in construction or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in supervision of bridge construction works in Latvia
- Knowledge of Latvian construction procedure and respective legislative acts
- Certification as a supervisor for bridge construction works according to Latvian legislation (would be a plus)
- Excellent understanding of complex construction projects, including the ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint
- Fluency in English is required, Latvian would be a plus
Responsibilities:
- Lead supervision of bridge construction works
- Become the first point of contact for our Project Director
- Be in touch with all internal and external interfaces involved in the construction phases
