What we want from you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or economics, law, or similar.
  • Experience of studying abroad is a plus
  • Previous experience in sales or banking/finance is a plus
  • Proactive, ambitious, and success-driven personality
  • Analytical skills, structured thinking, strong solution orientation
  • High-level communication skills – you must be able to confidently communicate verbally and in writing
  • High proficiency in MS Office, overall computer literacy
  • Experience in using any type of CRM software is a plus
  • Fluency in English language is an essential requirement
  • Fluency in French or German languages is an advantage

What we would like you to do:

  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Develop deep knowledge of company services and market coverage
  • Maximize sales and market share, using both business development and account management strategies
  • Take ownership of contract negotiations with prospective and existing clientele
  • Identify, source, and benchmark potential candidates using internal/external databases and social networks.
  • Maintain deep long-term relationships with top candidates to maximize commercial opportunities.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive consultations, guiding their decision-making process
