We are currently seeking a Client Account Coordinator.

Main Duties

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers for any day-to-day questions, issues, and requests at the fastest time.  
  • Continual monitoring of the customer's websites to ensure the game portfolio is updated and ensure KPI targets are met.
  • Monitor customer chats, emails and provide prompt answers.
  • Make sure that customer requests, tasks, issues are in work within the company, follow-up, and escalate with the relevant department if needed.
  • Distributing and presenting information to customers about upcoming game releases and opportunities
  • Communication with game providers and partners in order to be informed about the products, and provide the latest updates to the Clients
  • Develop a trusted long-term relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, key business executives
  • Explore opportunities to add value to customers with our knowledge, products, and services
  • Representing the entire range of the Company’s products

Requirements

  • Account management, assistance, or other relevant experience (e.g. Customer support, Customer service)
  • Previous experience in a similar position preferably in iGaming
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Natural relationship builder and teamwork enthusiast
  • Ability to prioritize and plan among competing tasks, while paying strict attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Keen attention to Customer satisfaction
  • Good in written and verbal Russian and English
