Make the change as a Junior Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst who will specialise in IT cost reporting and analysis. You will be joining Business Insight Unit in Performance Management & Strategy Department of Finance. The team is responsible for full scope of IT finance needs: invoice handling and accruals, results reporting and analysis and budgeting. Your main responsibilities will be preparation of area specific regular reports, further improvements and developments of reports and supporting IT Controllers with data and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop & maintain regular weekly & monthly reporting processes using available reporting tools:
  • Gathering report requirements, analysing necessary data if needed
  • Development of data sourcing logic
  • Development of visual layer for end users
  • Maintaining reports for additional requirements & changes in underlying data
  • Maintaining required mapping tables and logics
• Propose and implement reporting process improvements to improve efficiency, data quality and end-user experience
• Support controllers with analytical tasks within area of responsibility, including monthly results follow-up and forecasting
• Prepare ad hoc data requests

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies, preferably with emphasis in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or IT
• Relevant work and internship experiences related to financial analysis would be beneficial, but is not essential
• Advanced MS Office skills and basic knowledge about Tableau
• Advanced English (fluent in all spoken and written communication)
• Innovative mindset and initiative to learn quickly new tasks
• Accountability and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of banking, accounting or financial reporting processes would be considered as advantage
