Our Service Integration & Management Department, namely IT Governance, Assurance & Performance Unit is growing and we are looking for an experienced Process Owner to join the team of true professionals!

As a Process Owner, you will be working closely with various stakeholders across the Luminor & IT suppliers to improve and oversee IT development processes: IT Project management, Requirements Engineering, IT Solution Design, Application Development in both traditional waterfall and agile way of delivery. You will have the ownership of your dedicated area and the opportunity to build and improve the processes that will help to bring Luminor to the next level!


  1. Ensure that the process is fit for the purpose
  2. Develop process purpose, scope, goals, improvement roadmaps and interrelation with other processes
  3. Report process KPI-s, status and progress of the process improvement to Technology Management and other stakeholders
  4. Accountable for process results and deliverables
  5. Accountable for the cost and investment in the processes
  6. Review and sign-off process tool requirements
  7. Handle process deviation escalations
  8. Coordinate process activities and decisions as required by the processes
  9. Oversee the management of and compliance with the regulations, policies, procedures, data models, etc. associated with the process and interaction with other processes
  10. Ensure process follows the principles defined in policies and standards
  11. Responsible for the sponsorship, design, Change Management and continual improvement of the process and it’s results
  12. Manage process training plan
  13. Support definition of policies and standards 

Skills and experience:

  •  Commitment and a strong will to run a global business (openness to change mindset from local perspective to cross-border)
  • Certification in CobiT, ITIL and/or other IT process management frameworks, very good understanding of related principles
  • Good knowledge on current IT processes and technologies
  • Ability to translate business requirements into governance frameworks and processes
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in process management or process ownership
  • Good knowledge about (decision) frameworks, affecting IT activities and Business - IT integration
  • Experience in management of organizational changes
  • Strong project management skills
  • Openness to new approaches to accomplish results despite setbacks
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
