Can you translate business needs to requirements, identify swiftly achievable opportunities, apply analytical thinking by finding the quickest solution? 

Can you organize for yourself and the others, facilitate problems solving and lead conversations with IT and business in same room when discussion is running about lending products’ development, innovative applications or developing new automated workflows for Luminor? 

If that’s a YES – then we are looking for YOU to help Luminor to speed up with IT synergies realization and making sure we have a clear way for new generation digital bank platform construction.


Responsibilities: 

  •  Work closely with product owners and IT units to define, analyze, document and further manage requirements throughout mortgage and consumer lending transformation project delivery lifecycle
  • Drive towards agreement groups when it comes to business requirements elicitation processes and have wider picture of business requirements or project overall
  • Lead and work collaboratively with teams (business and IT) during the analysis process to ensure requirements quality assurance and ensuring service level customers expects
  • Identify business process simplification opportunities and assess feasibility of possible technical solutions
  • Participate and contribute at implementation of technological solutions at the deployment stage (testing, determination of additional requirements, participation in bug fixing) in private or corporate lending domain
  • Take role of business analyst/proxy product owner within certain IT development/project stream


Skills and experience:
 

  •  3+ year experience in gathering, reviewing, analyzing business as well as technical requirements (functional and non-functional) in Lending or Finance sector IT projects 
  • Preferably a Bachelor degree in IT, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management or a related field 
  • Experience in automation projects in Lending area will be considered as an advantage 
  • Experience and knowledge about Agile and Scrum software development principles as well as Atlassian Confluence/JIRA 
  • Strong IT development process management understanding 
  • Initiative and responsible, self-time management and problem solving 
  • Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly
  • Full proficiency in English and preferably also local language
