Digital Channels tribe consists of Business and IT development professionals, responsible for building and maintaining customer self-service channels, including Internet bank, Mobile app, Open Banking APIs, Gateway, E-Commerce, as well as building and strengthening cooperation with partners, ERPs and 3rd party providers. This tribe is also responsible for enabling other Product tribes to make developments in channels platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Being accountable for overall vision and the strategy of Digital Channels tribe and all its deliveries
-Facilitating, supporting and motivating Tribe members
-Balancing Tribe budget, structure, competences with tribe roadmap
-Accountable for adoption of SEB development processes and sound risk management practices in the Tribe
-Coaching and supporting Tribe Leadership team members
-Striving for building high-performing teams and keeping sustainable pace
-Excellent leadership skills, ability to coach, train and motivate others
-Ability to interact successfully with all levels of the organisation
-Fair understanding of Agile
-Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
-Willingness and ability to work in multi-cultural environment and travel in case of need.
