Our team is expanding, and we are looking to recruit an Procurement Specialist for our Live Casino Studio. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, products, services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality.
Qualifications and Experience:
- You are an intermediate English, Latvian, and Russian speaker;
- Very good verbal and written communication skills;
- Able to negotiate, establish, and process contracts;
- Detail oriented, self-motivated and honest personality with good organizational skills;
- Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, policy, and systems;
- Ability to maintain assigned tasks and meet deadlines - be a multi-tasker;
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to convince;
- Ability to analyse data;
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel);
Will be considered as an advantage:
- Accountancy background
- Industry knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers: compare and evaluate their offers;
- Carry out market research on the relevant purchasing sector;
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing;
- Make purchases in a timely manner in order to ensure the most efficient activity of the company;
- Ensure all deliveries contain all goods requested;
- Regularly renew and collect information about the suppliers;
- Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters;
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses;
- Actively look for information and negotiate with suppliers about the price, delivery deadlines, special condition.
