You have the following skills:
- Previous experience as a secretary or office manager is desirable
- Accuracy
- Good knowledge of English, Latvian, Russian
- Excellent communication skills and kindness
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good time planning skills, ability to set priorities, and high sense of responsibility
- Good knowlege of Google Docs, Calendar, and other Google products
What you'll do:
- Organize phone calls and correspondence such as e-mails, letters, packages
- Order stationery and household goods, provide and organize the daily work of the office
- Ensure the information flow between the company’s employees, management, customers, and business partners
