You have the following skills:

  • Previous experience as a secretary or office manager is desirable
  • Accuracy
  • Good knowledge of English, Latvian, Russian
  • Excellent communication skills and kindness
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good time planning skills, ability to set priorities, and high sense of responsibility
  • Good knowlege of Google Docs, Calendar, and other Google products

What you'll do:

  • Organize phone calls and correspondence such as e-mails, letters, packages
  • Order stationery and household goods, provide and organize the daily work of the office
  • Ensure the information flow between the company’s employees, management, customers, and business partners
