As a Process Owner, you will be working closely with various stakeholders across Luminor & IT suppliers to improve and oversee IT development processes: IT Project management, Requirements Engineering, IT Solution Design, Application Development (including improving CI/CD) in both traditional waterfall and agile way of delivery. You will have the ownership of your dedicated area and the opportunity to build and improve the processes that will help to bring Luminor to the next level!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop process purpose, scope, goals, improvement roadmaps and interrelation with other processes
  • Report process KPI-s, status and progress of the process improvement to Technology Management and other stakeholders
  • Cary accountability for process results and deliverables as well as the cost and investment in the processes
  • Review and sign-off process tool requirements
  • Coordinate process activities and decisions as required by the processes in addition to handling process deviation escalations
  • Oversee the management of and compliance with the regulations, policies, procedures, data models, etc. associated with the process and interaction with other processes
  • Ensure process follows the principles defined in policies and standards
  • Cary responsibility for the sponsorship, design, Change Management and continual improvement of the process and it’s results
  • Manage process training plan
  • Support definition of policies and standards

 

Skills and experience:

  • Good understanding of SDLC and Application Development tools and approaches
  • Commitment and a strong will to run a global business (openness to change mindset from local perspective to cross-border)
  • Certification in CobiT, ITIL and/or other IT process management frameworks, very good understanding of related principles
  • Good knowledge on current IT processes and technologies
  • Ability to translate business requirements into governance frameworks and processes
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in process management or process ownership
  • Good knowledge about (decision) frameworks, affecting IT activities and Business - IT integration
  • Experience in management of organizational changes
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
