As the Head of Consumer Lending Growth Unit you will supervise the entire consumer lending business from lead generation through to monetization and retention to maximize immediate and long-term ROI. You will work in agile cross functional cooperation with Product Managers, Channels, Customer Experience Units and other Business lines to drive the growth.


  • Oversee the performance and delivery of the Consumer Lending channel including direct and indirect unsecured loans, credit cards and other loan types
  • Coordinate Consumer Lending activities to ensure appropriate coverage, efficiency, and quality of service
  • Increase loan production, product, and service sales, and reduce errors in application processing, through on-going training and coaching of Consumer Lending and Retail teams
  • Ensure that new lending operational excellence and continuous improvement are key focuses and are supported throughout the Consumer Lending teams
  • Maintain knowledge of new lending processes helping the business prioritize a maturity roadmap for scale and cross-channel optimization, and to drive growth
  • Conduct analysis of lending capabilities, market research, and user research to make recommendations for strategic priorities
  • Monitor and analyze metrics to ensure sales initiatives are driving profitable growth
  • In partnership with relevant stakeholders (internal and external), lead campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting
  • Everyday sales and service support to front line – communication about changes, sales arguments and scripts, sales materials, input to sales and servicing processes

Skills and experience:

  • 2+ years experience as a Business Growth, Product or Area Manager, preferably in a bank/fintech 
  • Knowledge of consumer lending regulations and understanding of consumer lending market in Baltics
  • Strong business planning and forecasting skills to lead growth strategy definition and execution in Baltic markets
  • Project management skills with the ability to work successfully on multiple projects simultaneously and strong attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate, present ideas, and work among cross-functional & cross boarder teams
  • Presentation skills with an ability to visualize and report insights creatively in a variety of formats to various stakeholders and all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of leasing and mass business lending product growth will be considered as advantage
  • Fluent English and local language are required in spoken and written communication
