Job Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Manage existing social media accounts for Anatomy for Sculptors and Anatomy.app:
- Planning, budgeting and executing ads campaigns daily and on special events (Facebook ads manager, Pinterest paid ads, etc.)
- Planning and executing organic content and growth;
- Create and manage new accounts on additional platforms (TikTok, Reddit);
- Plan and create engaging events for our online communities (Polls, QA’s, Live Streams, Promotions, etc.);
- Communicate with users via direct messages, comments, questions, etc.;
- Create and maintain relationships with the existing and new niche influencers (3D and 2D artists, medical experts);
- Finding new collaborations with influencers, websites, forums, blogs, channels, etc.;
- Follow the trends in both the global social media and specific target audiences;
- Report insights and information based on KPIs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in organic social media management;
- Previous experience with paid social media marketing;
- Fluency in spoken and written English;
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines;
- Able to give and receive constructive feedback;
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization;
- Self-starting ability and willingness to learn
Considered as an advantage:
- Copywriting skills;
- Visual content creation/editing skills with Adobe Suite software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.), and optimization skills for the needs of different platforms (ratios, parameters)
Offer/Compensation:
- Outsourced part-time position with flexible working hours with an opportunity to become a full-time position in future;
- Remuneration starting from 2000 EUR gross per month, if full-time (proportionally less if part-time), based on previous experience and skills;
