The Job:
You will be a Project Management Support Specialist in Latvia helping our Project Management team in the UK and Germany.
You will engage with project managers, developers, and product managers and work with Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools.
You will learn a great deal about the art of project management and operations and see how it is to work in start-up and scaling a business. We expect you to take large areas of responsibility and work independently when needed. You will have an opportunity to look after some projects and eventually grow towards a Project Manager's role. You will:
1) Prepare customer journey mock ups in our proprietary tool
2) Create Excel based calculators / pricing engines
3) Create and maintain product & process documentation
4) Help identify problem areas and potential solutions
5) Support Project Management team and help to structure operational activities
6) Look after our Support channels and communication process

You Are:
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus, especially German)
- A fresh graduate or with a little work experience
- Highly proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
- Attentive to details and timelines
- Able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
- Hardworking and eager to keep learning
- And have a can-do and humorous attitude
