• At least 2 years’ experience as warehouse manager preferably in food industry or similar
• Experience in leading teams
• Understanding of supply chain processes and transport management
• Understanding of cold chain environment operations
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transport or similar
• High sense of responsibility and commitment to KPI’s and quality standards
• Fluency in Latvian and English. Russian language will be considered as an advantage
• Ability to do physically intense work
• Accuracy, proactiveness and target oriented

• Leadership of team and daily task planning (13 employees)
• All inbound and outbound cargo flow coordination, processing, reporting
• Cooperation with 3PB partners
• Warehouse maintenance according to quality standards
• All inbound/outbound shipment product quality technical control
• Planning, coordination, procurement and maintenance of work-required resources
• Warehouse KPI reporting and proposals for improvement
• Warehouse related project management
• Ensuring primary and continuous people training

• Salary from 2000 to 2400 EUR bruto to be agreed based on Your qualification
