OUR EXPECTATIONS

- Higher education in sales/marketing or related field
- English and Russian at C1-C2 level (negotiation, business correspondence), other languages are considered an advantage
- Successful experience in active sales in the field of services is obligatory
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentational)
- Strong negotiating skills with top executives
- Ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines, effectively prioritize and deliver to a high standard whilst under pressure

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage VIP clients on a daily basis
- Active search for and the attraction of customers
- Sales and promotion of the company's services
- Development and control of the plan of work with clients, organization of systematic work with clients
- Identifying the needs and investment potential of each customer
- Directly participate in negotiations and execution of transactions
- Keeping track of the activities of competitors and related companies in servicing clients
- Constantly studying the industry specifics of the clients' activity and accumulating knowledge, finding new areas of application of the company's solutions and services
