Join our team as an Intern in Customer Service Unit!
During this paid Internship you will be immersed in challenging and ambitious day-to-day tasks or projects requiring strong determination.

As an intern you will:
Consult customers both in remote channels (phone, e-mail) and Customer service centers (Centrs, Skanste, Mārupe). Offer the most appropriate financial solution and product based on customers’ needs. You will also direct customers to digital solutions, educate to use banking services remotely.
Skills and experience:
- You are curious, determined and willing to learn
- Great communications skills
- Full working proficiency in English and local language is required
- Advanced knowledge of Russian language
