- To manage and develop the Team of 50 + people;
- To ensure effective hands-on operational management;
- To establish and maintain relationship with cooperation partners, to find new perspectives for development;
- To deliver on company's budget and KPI's;
- To control and develop the quality of services.
Requirements
- Solid managerial experience;
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills;
- Business oriented mindset - successful experience in leading business, operational experience, experience in change management;
- Experience in the manufacturing, logistics, engineering (or similar field) management;
- Stress resistance, structural and strategic thinking, high emotional intelligence;
- Fluent English skills.
