You have:
- 2+ years experience in creating business processes and implementing changes.
- Higher education in business management.
- Knowledge of process management methods (Lean, BPM, ITIL).
- Project management experience.
- Experience in work with Jira and Confluence.
- Strategic and analytical thinking.
- Agile mindset.
- Good presentation skills and very good knowledge of English (written and oral).
- Good computer literacy (MS Office, JIRA, Confluence).
This is the job:
- Be a part of process transformation journey and standardization, be ready to lead change.
- Carry out a detailed study of company's business processes.
- Identify process improvements and IT requirements for their implementation.
- Monitor the impact of Intrum processes on customer satisfaction throughout the customer's life cycle by analyzing customer feedback and survey results.
- Drive statistical and root cause analysis to support fact-based decision making.
- Ensure maintenance and longevity of the implemented process improvements.
- Evaluate the impact of changes or improvements.
- Define measurable indicators (KPIs).
