Job description

We together with our client are looking for someone who is passionate about people and willing to put his/her exceptional Norwegian language skills into practice. Sounds like you? Then don’t hesitate even for a second and send us your CV!

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Take care of our customers via phone and email;
  • Be responsible for card support and account administration;
  • Manage new orders and registrations;
  • Advise our customers regarding station campaigns and products;
  • Provides outbound service and follow-up calls to customers;

Requirements

  • You love to communicate with people and find the best solution for them
  • Fluency in English and Danish (verbal and written, at least B2 level)
  • You like to work in fast-paced environment and with various systems
  • Eager to learn new things and develop their skills
  • Previous experience in customer service (it will be considered as an advantage)
