Job description

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Take care of our customers via phone and email;
- Be responsible for card support and account administration;
- Manage new orders and registrations;
- Advise our customers regarding station campaigns and products;
- Provides outbound service and follow-up calls to customers;
Requirements
- You love to communicate with people and find the best solution for them
- Fluency in English and Danish (verbal and written, at least B2 level)
- You like to work in fast-paced environment and with various systems
- Eager to learn new things and develop their skills
- Previous experience in customer service (it will be considered as an advantage)
