SALES TEAM ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Various administration tasks;
  • Assistance to the Sales department with customer analysis and reports;
  • Assistance to the team and manager with ad hoc sales projects as required;
  • Assistance to the Head of department with basic marketing and advertising activities;
  • Arranging and preparing both internal and external meetings, take minutes of meeting;
  • Working collaboratively with other team members as well as other business unities;
  • Mailshots, questionnaire, follow-up management and other related tasks assigned by the department management;
  • Assistance in drafting communication notes as well as presentations, market research, reports and various documentation (preparation of invoices, agreements, etc.).

Essential skills/competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal skills - ability to develop relationships, manage stakeholders, communicate effectively and work in a team;
  • High attention to details, confidentiality, discernment and business ethics and basic administration skills;
  • Good English and Russian skills (written and oral) - В2/С1;
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills;
  • Strong team player as well as ability to work independently;
  • Resilient ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Good drafting skills - minutes, policies and procedures;
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality;
  • Discreet, reliable, service-oriented and diplomatic attitude;
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
  • Proactivity, solutions-based approach;
  • Focus on client service.
