- Taking care of all Supply Chain employees at the site and warehouses
- Implementation of applicable DAW standards
- Compliance with local regulations for appropriate industrial (chemical) production
- Securing the agreed project targets (on time, on cost, on quality) in the role of Project Manager or sponsor
- Experience and understanding of occupational safety and high healthy & safety maturity in the factory and warehouses and or experience and understanding of transparency regarding the occupational safety level in the works
- Purchasing of raw materials for production & finished goods
- Production & warehouses budgeting
- 5S Implementation
- Close interaction with sales
- Resource Management (Raw materials, Technology, Laboratory, Cap. Planning)
Requirements
- Previous experience in logistic and/or production (as an advantage will be if you have experience in both)
- Specialized knowledge and practical experience in production management and production planning
- 3+ years of management experience, preferably in supply chain Mngr role
- Great people management skills
- Very good communication skills and project management skills
- As an advantage we will consider: Technical qualification (Bachelor or Master degree studies) and/or training in business administration
- Fluent/ very good English language and very good understanding of Russian language
