Job description

You will be at the forefront of Trodo talented marketing team, directing the performance of their digital strategies.

Your primary focus will be creating and overseeing paid media strategies within the business. Driving growth in the market whilst increasing the channel's ROI. You will have the opportunity to build and grow your own team as the position evolves.


  • Develop and execute sales performance and brand marketing campaigns across multiple media
  • Manage all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization – including strategy, ad copywriting, data-based optimization, budget/billing management, and ad trafficking
  • Ownership of the planning, execution, optimization and reporting of all our paid marketing activities.
  • Experienced in reporting, analyzing and interpreting data for campaign performance and feeding back to key stakeholders with proposed actions
  • Allocating budget and measuring campaign and channel ROI
  • Troubleshoot, problem solve, and find creative solutions to our-specific needs
  • Manage all affiliate networks, price comparison aggregators, ad resources, other collaborations and monitor KPIs, and further develop your affiliate program
  • Assist creative team with ad creation through copywriting and strategic direction
  • Identify optimization opportunities, including continuous testing of ad copy and landing pages, including A/B testing
  • Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives
  • Help create forecasts for performance and budget
  • Maintain sufficient reports to communicate paid media performance with key business stakeholders and the team
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies


  • Have experience in e-commerce
  • Have a strong experience of platforms including Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads
  • Have a strong knowledge of affiliate marketing
  • Have a strong analytical background
  • Possess the ability to communicate directly with agencies and vendors both verbally and in writing
  • Be detail oriented, highly organized, with a keen eye for consistency
  • Be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, and independently as required
  • At least 2years experience in paid marketing from e-commerce/B2C Brand/subscription/agency
  • Deep knowledge and passion for technology, digital marketing, and innovation
  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven work style
