To achieve and establish our growth and future-proofing, we are currently looking for an HR Specialist to join our growing HR team. We are ready to offer a 1-year contract with the ability to extend.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven work experience as HR Specialist (3+ years);
Good knowledge of Latvian labor law;
Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English, Russian and Latvian;
Resilient and flexible mind-set willing and able to quickly adjust among constant change;
High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
Strong team player and able to work effectively with team members;
Strong organisational and time management skills;
An ability to prioritise and create appropriate plans to ensure delivery against deadlines and in the absence of strict timeframes;

Key Responsibilities:

Cover the full range of HR Specialist/ Generalist services, advising, influencing and when necessary providing direction to members of the management team including SLT members and employee staff;
Prepare, maintain and update HR documentation according to Latvian labour legislation;
Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status;
Manage employees onboarding and offboarding administrative processes;
Develop and monitor HR policies and procedures across the organization;
Compile reports for HR and business managers;
Acting as a trusted point-of-contact for all levels of employees to escalate and address their issues and concerns;
Participate in various HR projects.

Salary:

Gross monthly salary: 1700 – 2000 Eur
