- Customer evaluation and monitoring on the customer portfolio;
- Handling customer inquiries via emails mostly, perform problem solving;
- Cooperating with internal business units and external collection agencies.
- Intermediate profeciency in Swedish (starting from B1) and strong English;
- Experience in using Excel and ERP systems;
- Communication and teamwork skills;
- Relevant education and / or work experience will be considered as an advantage.
