Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for revenue and cost control in several companies
• High level forecasts for the assigned departments/legal units in the division
• Yearly budget preparation
• Monthly and annual closing
• File the monthly and annual financial statements to Visma,
• Ensure that reporting and budgeting is done for the legal unit, according to Visma accounting policies, local GAAP, and instructions from group management, division management, Managing Director and the business areas affecting the legal unit,
• Flag all deviances within area of responsibility, both to Managing Director and
• Board of Directors for the legal unit,
• Prepare documents for Board Meeting,
• General reporting and consolidation,
• Follow-up on related intercompany agreements
• Assisting in audit
• Approving payments
• Ad-hoc projects,
• The role may involve staff responsibility.

Required professional skills:

• Bachelor’s degree within accounting/finance
• Minimum 4 years’ experience working with accounting and/or controlling in a corporate environment
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently in different type of engagements
• Fluent in English
