Our client is looking for a Country Manager who brings a combination of entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking, focus on
tangible results, a collaborative “can do” attitude and a desire for continuous improvement
Be the leader and ultimate stakeholder for company operations.
Oversee sales, customer service, and debt collection teams.
Work closely together with group management.
5+ experience in the consumer finance or lending industry as a Country manager;
Experience managing a team is a must;
Strategic mindset, combined with good networking and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, any other second language is a plus;
Ability to strategize and solve problems;
