We invite new employee to join our team as an online shop operator to work with Lithuanian and Latvian customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide product advice to customers via telephone and email;
- Process and control orders;
- Keep customers informed of order status;
- Perform payment invoicing and sending to customers;
- Monitor order delivery deadlines.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian, English and Russian;
- Experience in telephone counselling is preferred;
- Accuracy, high sense of responsibility and stress tolerance.
