IT Camp client is a largest Latvian food manufacturing company. They’re on the market since 1996 and cooperates with leading wholesalers, retailers and suppliers in the Baltics and all around the world.


The company is looking for a Head of IT Support department.



Team: IT team consists of 10+ professionals (support team of 4 people).


Office: Granita street 9A, Riga, Latvia.

Responsibilities:
- Organization of operational work of IT support department
- Planning, coordinating, managing the work of the team
- Ensure registration and coordination of user requests, analyse and resolve incidents and problems
- Provide technical support to users on-site or remotely
- Provide workplaces with IT communications and necessary equipment, instruct and train users
- Develop procedures and instructions for IT team work
- Ensure continuity of work of IT equipment, monitor system operation and ensure system stability

Requirements:
- Technical knowledge of IT equipment, networks, video surveillance, telephony and other IT equipment, experience in IT security processes
- Knowledge of methods and practical experience in organising and managing IT support
- Practical experience in administration and service of IT users, systems and equipment, working with remote programs, preparing documentation and instructions
- Ability to prioritise and plan own and team work
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and switch between tasks
- Good knowledge of Latvian, Russian and English
- Practical experience working in a manufacturing company will be considered as an advantage
- Knowledge of ITIL and other IT process methodologies will be an advantage
