Team Lead
I-Work client is a rapidly growing IT company that has gained worldwide recognition. The company provides software development, marketing, finance, etc. services. As the company keeps growing, I-Work is looking for engineering department
Key Responsibilities
- Managing IT technical projects that the Core team is responsible for;
- Partnering up with team leads from other IT teams to ensure consistent software development quality;
- Managing, motivating, mentoring, and coaching the members of the Core team;
- Participating in people management activities;
- Work with various project management tools;
- Implementing best practices provided by the Core team across other IT teams;
- Participating in the recruitment process and new project development.
Requirements
- Good understanding of IT processes and software development lifecycle;
- Hands-on experience in programming (preferably senior);
- Fluency in English language;
- Practical experience working with project management tools;
- Experience in managerial positions (manager / team leader);
- Ability to work in a multicultural team in an Agile methodology;
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate team members;
- Experience in the cloud environment will be considered as an advantage (preferably AWS stack).
